This is coaching package is for 6 months with a two hour meeting every second week.

Over the 6 months we will cover the following:

• Goals
• Vision
• Mission
• Growth Strategies 
• Strategic planning
• SWOT analysis
• Competitive advantages
• Setting realistic targets and action plans to achieve them

We can also set up a bespoke course that suits your level of business along with frequency that suits you.

This will be practical and there will be no consultant speak. We will be assisting you through our own stories with over 20 years experience. We will also cover soft areas like mindset and well being throughout our sessions.
