Business sustainability coaching

This is coaching package is for 6 months with a two hour meeting every second week.

Over the 6 months we will cover the following:

• Status of your business
• General sustainability concepts
• Benefits of sustainability and customer expectations
• Credible procurement selection processes
• Financial and reduction strategies
• Regulatory documents
• How to write a sustainability annual report
• Assistance with B Corp if required

This will be practical and there will be no consultant speak. We will be assisting you through our own stories from over 20 years experience in this area. We will also be offering our free templates for you to use throughout your organisation. We will also cover soft areas like mindset and well being throughout our sessions that relate to climate change
