Business Coaching New Zealand is made of up a small specialised team established by Anna Mills.  From true entrepreneurs, to lawyers, policy makers, marketers and branding specialists.  You can read more about the founding team below.

Anna Mills Bordignon (She/Her)

  • Business owner of a marketing start up between 2010 -2013
  • Commercial Lawyer for 12 years at large international firms

Anna practised commercial law for over 12 years in New Zealand and the United Kingdom so she has the commercial acumen and risk assessment ability to help you navigate your business. She was also a Chief Legal in the public sector, thus she has the  understanding of how the public sector works and how you can draw linkages between the private and public sectors to create sustainable outcomes.

Anna set up an eco friendly company from scratch and created a new eco category well in advance of the market. This company is still running. www.nilproducts.com. It is a product company so she has the understanding of running a service and product style business.

As for governance experience, Anna has sat on a number of boards over the years and the latest upcoming one is the MBA Victoria University Board.

Business coaching has been a voluntary sporadic adventure over the years. Over the last two years she has coached a number of mid level New Zealand entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurial Organisation.  She is also a Mentor at Victoria University whereby she has been mentoring students in areas of her expertise.

Estefania Muller Pallarès (She/Her)

  • Workshop leader for projects like the Pākehātanga Workshop - Aroha and Power Conference
Esefania has worked with many SME's in helping them obtain B Corp certification, along with Anna's sustainable company www.nilproducts.com.  Esefania understands sustainable ideals but is also practical on how to implement these ideals.  She believes both grass roots action and top down policy change are crucial for having a society that works for the people and for the planet.
Margot Lyons (She/Her)
  • LLB/BA Art History
  • Over 20 years legal experience for private and public organisations

Margot has worked in many organisations as a commercial lawyer.  Her drafting skills are impeccable and she is able to translate legal terms into everyday language for her clients.

Liam Ryan (He/Him)

  • BA, double major in Film and Art History
  • Post graduate degree in Journalism
  • Previously radio host for Active radio and RNZ
  • 20+ years experience in brand experience marketing and sales
  • Currently Director of a leading marketing agency specialising in brand experience
